Like it or not, Camila Vallejo now has the support of the controversial Cuban dictator.

After spending 10 months away from the public eye, former Cuban president Fidel Castro re-emerged on the scene last Friday to promote the release of a new book, “Guerrillero del Tiempo,” or “Guerrilla of Time,” which details much of his life throughout a collection of interviews between him and journalist Katiuska Blanco. At the book’s release, Castro openly voiced his support for Chile’s student movement and its charismatic leader, Camila Vallejo.

Unfortunately it seems that in Chile sharing wealth and resources amongst everybody is linked to dictatorial "leftists" states.

Note that the essence of communism was sharing and taking care of the less fortunate. Take a look at the countries in the world. Northern Europe has shown have the most advanced and stable social systems in the World with progressive tax systems but maintaining liberty for own initiatives and entrepeneurship .

In a social liberal system the essense of communism is far better reached than in China, North Korea and Cuba. They violate human rights, become friends with Iran and other outlaws. Maybe because of a paralizing fear for extreme liberalism, just like liberals used to do when attacking communists some decades ago.

But just like the US voted for a more intelligent and open minded president. It is time for the rest of the World to let fear no longer dominate the agenda.

The Economist is a far-right journal with a visceral hatred for socialism, while Freedom House and Reporters Without Borders are right-wing pseudo-NGOs funded by and aligned with the US imperial regime.

Their disapprobation for Fidel is to his credit.
