Anna Pope

Having grown up in small town Texas, Anna has always been a big dreamer. In an attempt to feed her adventurous and curious nature, she applied to a study abroad program at The University of Texas at Austin, where she is currently majoring in Latin American Studies and Spanish. Since her arrival in Chile in February 2011, Anna has developed an interest in current events and has become passionate about keeping everyone she knows informed. She found her place at the Santiago Times thanks to a friend and former intern and couldn't be happier with this opportunity to learn and to experience what goes on behind the scenes and to bring people the news.
