A poll conducted last week shows Chileans have not changed their opinion of outgoing President Michelle Bachelet, despite criticism of her handling of the 8.8-magnitude earthquake that struck Chile Feb. 27.
An Adimark poll published this week showed Bachelet with an 84 percent approval rating, the same record-high figure she scored in early February, before the earthquake hit. Her disapproval rating, however, has gone up one point to 11 percent.
