Victims claim virtual bullying is the most common form of abuse

Chilean school children now use text messaging to bully their peers, a national survey commissioned by the Interior Ministry reported last week.

“Bullying by virtual methods is now the most common form of bullying across Chilean schools,” said study organizer Veronica Lopez.
