Better facilities will help medal-winning athlete

The government sports funding agency Chiledeportes last week pledged US$150,000 to improve training facilities for promising Chilean gymnast Tomas Gonzalez.

“We have a funding commitment and will now work to create better conditions for Tomas in Chile,” said Chiledeportes representative Marcelo Palacios.
