Telenovela Draws Millions of Eyes, Dollars To State-Run Chilean TV Network Chileans love their telenovelas (soap operas) and the hugely popular “Dónde está Elisa?” is expected to end its run Wednesday evening with huge ratings and millions of dollars in profit. The series, which started in April of this year, has been one of the most successful ever for state run television network TVN (Channel 7).
