Neighbors Speculate While Authorities Continue Investigations
A fire broke out last Thursday evening at the foot of
Cerro Castillo hill in downtown Viña del Mar (Region V). The fire,
which drew a large number of on-lookers, appeared to have started in
one of the illegal brothels located at the intersection of Von
Schroeders and Valparaiso streets.
