Rightist leader Ossandón criticizes La Moneda.Puente Alto Mayor Manuel Josè Ossandón has joined in a chorus of politicians objecting to the government’s heavy handed response to the Aysén Social Movement. But Ossandón's crticism is especially telling, since he is a leading figure in President Sebastian Piñera's own Renovacion National, a center-right political party.
“It is a political blunder. I do not blame the Energy Minister, but it is not right the way in which they went about opposing the social movement,”
Ossandón told El Mostrador.
