Spanish aviation manufacturer Airbus Military issued a report on Tuesday supposedly identifying the cause of last year’s infamous Juan Fernández plane crash. The crash claimed the lives of all 21 passengers on board, including TV star Felipe Camiroaga and philanthropist Felipe Cubillos.
