Though nearly a year has passed since last year’s earthquake in central Chile, the ground has yet to stop shaking.
On Jan. 2, a 7.1-magnitude earthquake struck near the southern city of Temuco, causing minimal disruption to electricity and telephone services, yet raising alarm in locals not far from last year’s epicenter.
